Beverly Center/Miracle Mile

As development bloomed along Wilshire Boulevard in the 1920s and 30s, neighborhoods adjacent to what would eventually be known as the Miracle Mile became important residential enclaves. Today, with their very central location and their quintessentially Southern California aesthetic, Beverly Center, Miracle Mile, Carthay Circle and South Carthay are more highly prized than ever. Distinguished Spanish Colonial Revival homes and multi-family dwellings are immaculately maintained and look much as they did when they were constructed in the first half of the 20th century.
