We offer the traditonal commission structure as offered by all the big corporations or we can offer you a hybrid of that commission rate and come up with something more creative.

We as a company can make recommendations as to where your property needs to be to be seen - we will help you determine who your target buyer is - but you as a Seller may have different ideas and our goal is to work together to make sure your property is properly exposed and sold in as short a time as possible.

Our company website gets 6,000 unique visitors per month, over 300 plus hits per day and 1,000 returning visitors per month. No other company on the Westside gets that many people viewing their websites from all over the world. There are many reasons for this but in this market and current economy you need to be properly exposed, priced right and sell if you are a true Seller.

Once we agree on a listing price we would ask you to sign the standard California Department of Real Estate Listing Agreement and all of the required disclosure documents as provided by law. If we modify any of the Agreements we will incorporate an Addendum.
