Our son was looking for a studio or one-bedroom in Westwood or environs. He contacted Coco and received an immediate reply, in spite of the fact that her web site displays property listings of much more significant worth than our modest interests. I flew to L.A. from the East Coast. Coco enlisted Renee Avedon’s help, and the two efficiently whisked us from one neighborhood to the next. Coco’s sharp eye for detail picked up immediately on our likes and dislikes. Commenting that I was the first “Southern Belle” she had worked with, she exuded her own brand of West Coast charm. Next she tackled the difficult task of contacting my physician husband. She flawlessly answered his questions and took the three-hour time difference in stride when he called her at near-dawn our time.
