Living the LA Condo Lifestyle

West Hollywood

For many years an unincorporated portion of Los Angeles County stretching between Hollywood and Beverly Hills along the route of the defunct Pacific Electric railway, West Hollywood was incorporated as a city in 1984. At just 1.9 square miles, “WeHo” is today one of the most vibrant communities in the Los Angeles area, its streets crowded with cafes, boutiques, and day and night throngs of strolling pedestrians. Art galleries, lavish interior design and custom clothing stores, and the famous Pacific Design Center draw an international audience of fashion trendsetter's.

West Hollywood’s homes are as varied and colorful as its residents, ranging from Schindler and Modernist architectural landmarks to Spanish tile-roofed California bungalows, sprawling apartment complexes, and city-view high-rise condominium buildings along Doheny Drive and La Cienega Boulevard. All are strategically located for convenient access to both sides of the hill: the Westside and Downtown in one direction and the studios of North Hollywood and Studio City in the other.
